Brightcookie does not recommend a specific type of browser but do recommend that all websites are viewed with a current and compliant web browser, such a recent and stable release of Mozilla, Internet Explorer, Netscape or Opera. A more complete list of available web browsers can be found at dmoz or e-volt.org.
Compliant web browsers use industry standards and therefore will display websites more consistently. Newer versions of web browsers also tend to contain security patches to fix issues identified in older versions of the browser so it makes sense to ensure you have a current version of your browser.
