Telephone support can be made available to Moodle end-users from Brightcookie.com during South Australian business hours. Extended support hours can be arranged on request.
With our state of the art telephone system, our clients can use a shared 1300 (Brightcookie.com Helpdesk) Number. Alternatively, Brightcookie.com can supply an individual number, individual 1300 or 1800 numbers.
Case Numbers will be assigned to every support call to be able to track the status of outstanding support issues. Tracking will be available via a web-based interface.
