Learning Management Systems (LMS) are state of the art software tools that were created to support, enhance and ultimately manage online learning. These systems offer many useful functions that on the one hand allow the educator to not only design online courses, but also to keep track of online-assessment and facilitate collaborative learning. On the other hand the web-based nature of LMS lets the online learner access the programme and courses anywhere and anytime (and increasingly with any device - see m-Learning).

Our guiding principle is choosing the right tool for each task. That's why brightcookie.com is (and will remain) a vendor-independent supplier of LMS Services. Although our preferred LMS is Moodle, we realise that it is not suitable for every task. Hence we can install, maintain and support other LMS Systems, such as Ilias and Microsoft SharePoint Learning Kit.

Our team has extensive experience in Systems Integration work, lead by our Technical Director who has worked with clients in the Education Sector for more than a decade.
