Leo Gaggl

Chief Propellerhead

Leo has been the technical brain behind brightcookie.com ever since its inception (and he's the one to blame for the name). He has been involved with web-application and database development since 1996 and has worked for clients in the Educational Sector ever since. He is also the owner of brightcookie.com's parent organisation g3 international. Further details can be found on his LinkedIN Profile and he is trying to maintain a weblog here (with varying degrees of success - because of the fact that there are not enough hours in the day).

Brad Slade

Infrastructure Management

Brad has been in senior systems engineering positions in the Information Technology industry for twenty years, performing Engineering, Architectural and Project Management functions. Brad also has the ability to help cross the technical/business divide helping business to understand the potential of technology while translating technical architectural propositions into business solutions.

Iris Strobl

Moodle Support & Instructional Design

Iris has been working within the educational system in various countries for many years. As well as having a degree in Management in Travel and Tourism, she is in the process of completing her Bachelors Degree in Education in the near future here in South Australia. Iris is also teaching at the Ethnic German Language School in Adelaide, where she is about to implement a Moodle System for the general use of all students, K-12.

Rosalie Wodecki

Operations Co-ordinator

Rosalie has over 25 years work experience in a wide and varied number of roles and industries. Her most recent role with the Joanna Briggs Institute was a mixture of high client focus and communication between clients and IT staff. Rosalie has extensive experience working in an online environment, including two years as a website coordinator with the Department of Primary Industries of SA. Her first role was seven years working hands-on in a school for students with severe and multiple disabilities.

Kien Vu

Senior Web Developer

Kien is a web developer with three years experience in PHP and MySQL, among other languages. Kien has completed a Masters degree in Professional Computing at UniSA and previously completed an Information Technology Engineering degree at the University of Transport of HCM City. Kien has previously worked as a Web Developer and an Enterprise Resource Planning Developer.

Kenny Tran

Web Developer

Kenny is a web developer with three years experience in the IT industry with a variety of languages, including PHP. Kenny is studying a Bachelor of Software Engineering (UniSA), a Professional Diploima in IT (NIIT, Hoa Sen College) and a Bachelor of Quality Management (University of Economics, HCMC). Kenny has previously worked as a Programmer and an Ecommerce Officer.

Alex Emmerich

Office Manager

As another multilingual member of our team, Alex is not only responsible for Brightcookie.com's day to day office organization, but has also taken on a crucial role in handling some of our international clients. One of her continuous projects is to keep our website up to date. In addition, she is responsible for the website translation, thus making the information available to potential overseas clientel. She is also providing valuable support to Iris in handling some bilingual projects, such as the German Language School in Adelaide.

Brent Leideritz

User Interface Design

Brent has been either establishing digitalobliquity, or employed as graphic/web designer, specialising in print design and standards compliant web design, since the completion of his Visual Arts Practice certificate at Adelaide Central School of Art in 1994. During this time, Brent has worked with both commercial and government clients.

In addition to his design career, Brent is a practicing photographic artist within the Adelaide art community. He has exhibited locally and internationally.

Bianca Gillin

Graphic Designer

Bianca is a graphic/web designer/illustrator who strongly believes in simple and effective design. With a Diploma of Multimedia, over six years industry experience and a broad range of clientele, Bianca runs her full time business Bianca Gillin Multimedia, in the Limestone Coast region.

Bianca is a member of the local art collaborative Sole Sisters Collective which allows her to experiment and expand her skills beyond the confines of her normal working environment.

Catriona Ward

Catriona, Director - eLearning Consultant and Developer at eLearning Catalyst, has extensive experience in the design and delivery of ICT/elearning products and professional development to a wide range of client groups including educators and corporate trainers. Her problem solving skills, attention to detail, understanding of elearning management systems and pedagogy, and strong educational background enables her to develop meaningful, interactive and engaging content. Catriona currently lives in and works out of Bali Indonesia, making her accessible to the South-East Asian market.
